I will never “get” this punching down on another marginalized group by those from groups who were previously just as marginalized. I mean, what possible reason did you have for including trans people in making your point, other than showing your contempt for people you obviously consider to be lesser than you.

Transvestite? SJW? These terms, like “they/them” have morphed in the lexicon to mean different things, many of them offensive. And I think referring to any other human being as “it” would be considered problematic since it infers that the observer using the term is too ignorant or too callous to bother to learn better.

And being gay, I would think you of all people would remember that the term was once an innocent word, too.
